Parent Teacher Foundation

Collegiate Academy of Colorado Foundation

The Collegiate Academy Foundation operates as the Parent Teacher support organization of Collegiate Academy and is the sole fundraising arm of the school. The Foundation supports academic and enrichment programs which are beyond the scope of the school’s annual budget. The organization is registered as an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Colorado.

The Foundation runs several annual fundraisers which allow the group to fund programs including classroom accounts for teachers, teacher appreciation events, and larger projects such as playground improvements and increased access to technology in the classroom via mobile Chromebook carts.

EXCITING NEWS!!

Every
Friday, (including school breaks) we will host the 7:30 pm session at Slammers Bingo Hall in Lakewood.  This gives us the ability to earn money from the larger community in addition to the fundraisers within the school.  With the ability to bring in more money, we believe this will make a huge impact on what the Foundation can do for the students, teachers, staff, and school going forward.

Meetings

Foundation Meetings are generally scheduled on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm in the Elementary Library. Because Foundation are parents, staff and community members, meetings are sometimes re-scheduled to accommodate varying schedules. Please check the Collegiate Google Calendar to find up-to-date information on scheduled meetings.
